Firefox 3.0.11 attempting to start under trunk r56648

Tested Firefox 3.0.11 on ReactOS trunk 56648. The main window appears, but
bookmarks are not present and it is not possible to enter a web page address.
This behavior in Firefox suggest some part of the profile has failed to load. 

Regression testing reveals:
56097 - works
56098 - fails

On 56097 and prior everything works as expected.
