Yes but I don't think that that's a reason to drop wiki; it's just a
weakness that we'll have to manage around. Local copies can be
obtained - but editing will have to be kept separate until online.

There's an extension to generate .pdf files from wiki pages, but
generating a book format - from a first to last page would require
extra effort. This is because a wiki uses a more flexible information
approach: a network model to browse data instead of the hierarchical
model found in books.
