[ros-dev] Change log

svn log -r LASTVERSION:head svn://reactos.org/branches/X.X.X-ros-branch/ 
 >> log.txt

That is what I do to get it, you need the cmd line version of svn 
installed.  I dont know how to do it with tortoise.
