[ros-dev] Errors with Building Reactos.

Hi
I think it was the pipe bug in cmd that did make this error
for some part of rbuild does using 1>null: and that break the build in ros cmd.
and some other bugs. I have not try make a full build after all these bugfix. it
should work now. if it not anything elese have been broke.
