[ros-dev] Network connection config dialog prototype

It looks too much of being copied.
I don't like the idea of cloning all concepts of M$ (some are good,
other can definitively be made better while staying compatible).

In my opinion the dialog should be reduced to what actually is possible.
People dislike grayed checkboxes. It should be enhanced with time
