[ros-dev] Installation Error

Thanks to Greatlord, I was about to fix this problem.  I was using c.img 
from 0.2.7 and once the hive structure changed(?) it was messing it up.  
So i had to use qemu-img to make a new one and it works fine.  Just 
incase anyone else had this problem that is how you fix it.
