[ros-dev] BugZilla Link on BlueScreen

I think, most people who actually read the Bluescreen know, where our
BugZilla is.
Maybe we could extend the functionality of the Bluescreen and let it
save the error on the harddisk, so that it can be submitted to a special
database after the next bootup.
