[ros-dev] A call for 0.2.8

Branch has been created... Do we want to link in the rosapps module
for this release?  It would oly add the optional modules listed in
packages/reactos.dff.  Things like ctm, ncftp and solitare.  I've been
building my bootcd's like this for a while and I find it very nice to
have those apps installed, and people have complained that "There is
nothing installed on the system to demo with".  They can have
solitare. ;0)
