Well, then we maybe should just replace explorer.exe by a new setup, 
which includes the old textsetup and the 2nd setup part after reboot in 
one fullscreen app, that first asks all questions, then reboots and is 
ready for work.
But of course we should first concentrate on more important things like 
completing the apis.
