Once again you misinterpret a criticism. Gé wasn't complaining about
having a TC. Gé was pointing out that the decision of appointing
a TC and the powers of that role wasn't reached through the project's
established decision making process - voting. So it really doesn't
matter if 40 people on IRC agree with you because only 35 people have
the powers to make that decision - the project members with commit access.
And they should all be given a chance to influence the wording of the TC
role.
