[ros-dev] Project Coordinator candidate

I would be willing to exercise the responsibilities on Project 
Coordinator on behalf of the project. I didn't want to mention it until 
I had actually read what the PC would be responsible for. At any rate, I 
don't have a lot of time to devote to actual coding but most often I am 
available for consultation, so it seemed to me that PC would be a good 
way to contribute to the project.
