[ros-dev] The first newsletter

Right at the moment, besides usual ReactOS things, I'm working on  
developing a bootloader (on a base of a freeldr) which can natively  
boot Windows NT, 2000, XP and 2003. Later, ReactOS kernel will  
support this kind of booting too (it does now, but support is rather  
limited).
