[ros-dev] Dev blogs

Steve uses WordPress, and blogs.reactos.com is using asp.net blogs.  
While, i would like it to look as nice as WordPress looks, I would 
rather wait and have it intergrated into ROS CMS as planned and follow 
the same style and layout.
