[ros-dev] Patches: A couple of Spelling Fixes

We do not commit patch direcly to reactos when they comes
when some have time they will review it, and write if it accpect or
if it create new issues. or it does not work. 

It take time to review single patch. and we all are working
almost at 200% now. and it is most bugfix being done 
in ReactOS for now.
