[ros-dev] Setting a Standard for Fonts used in Apps

Here are my patches uploaded. frik85 meant I should not make one big 
patch, so I made five smaller ones.

They not just include Font changes. They include some translation 
updates, too. If you want I can seperate this for you, but most are the 
font updates anyway.
