Our rbuild comes with project.dtd syntax file that is using the DTD (Document Type Definition) format, but comes without header info. DTD is sadly a bit hard to read (custom mixture or SGML and XML syntax), and lacks certain expression-support. DTD got a 'successor' with "XML Schema" (W3C standard) in 2001.
