As far as I understand the DDK license, you can release your code uner
any license you want provided you don't use large chunks of the MS
samples, however you drivers built with the DDK can only be used on
Windows. This stipulation would seem to me to be incompatible with the
GPL if say you were building a ReactOS only driver. Now if it just
happens to work on both...
