It might also be worth to mention that the repository is now accessible over
HTTP/WebDAV at the URL http://svn.reactos.org/reactos
People who used the (unofficial?) http://svn.reactos.org/repos/reactos URL
will need to relocate their working copies.

This also includes write-access for all developers with their usual SVN
credentials as the SVN passwd file is now synchronized with the appropriate
Apache htpasswd file.

Furthermore, the commit dialog should not hang anymore when CIA.vc is down.
If it still does, please report that :-)
