[ros-dev] Apologies

I am sorry to Vicmarcal for outbursting on ros-dev. The reason for that was
yet another pointless bugreport, after my requestes, passed several times,
regarding bug reports quality.
Sorry, Vicmarcal, as well as those who had to witness it.
