But the real problem here is your gcc version. You are using a newer
gcc than included in RosBE. Newer gcc has more warning conditions and
most of ROS is built using -Werror flag, which makes gcc error out on
even the tiniest warning.

Basically you will either have to get an older version of gcc or turn
off -Werror
