- Group related definitions
- Add missing *_INCREMENT, SYSTEM_PAGE_PRIORITY_BITS, SYSTEM_PAGE_PRIORITY_LEVELS and INVALID_PROCESSOR_INDEX definitions
- KAPC_STATE : ApcListHead[2] -> ApcListHead[MaximumMode]
- KQUEUE : make CurrentCount volatile
- Add several missing Ke* functions declarations
