- Add KeNumberProcessors, XSTATE_CONTEXT, MINIMAL_XSTATE_AREA_LENGTH, LOCK_QUEUE_WAIT_BIT, LOCK_QUEUE_OWNER_BIT and some missing XSAVE_*, CONTEXT_* and RTL_CONTEXT_* definitions
- PKINTERRUPT_ROUTINE : DDKAPI -> NTAPI
- Add some C_ASSERTs
[WDM]
- Update wdm.h to reflect XDK changes.
