[ros-general] How can I see Japanese message in ReactOS?

Hi tsk
The nomal way is to put your change into bugzila with a patch some will
commit it
after a rewiev or concat a devloper at it irc and asking if some got time
and review
 and commit your change. Harteex does always asking me to
commit swedish translatrion.
