[ros-general] New to ReactOS

Some part are optimze in asm in ros. Rember if u coding right
asm is faster that any other langues. BitBlit optimze in some part
was done in asm.  If any one feel some part can be optimze in asm
then do it. But we need also the C function so it can compile on other
platforms.
