[ros-general] A note to all you ReactOS Developers

Just to make a small correction, ReactOS isn't a clone of Windows NT.
The correct term is, "Windows-Compatible". Almost in the same way
Linux is "UNIX-Compatible".

If you thought ReactOS was looking good now... you ain't see nothing yet ;)
