[ros-kernel] GDT code in ntoskrnl

I was looking through ntoskrnl/ke/i386/gdt.c and I noticed that the size of 
the GDT is hardcoded into it with the number 11, no define is used to 
specify the size of it.  In my opinion, this should be changed so it at 
least uses a define instead of the numerical constant in the code (at least 
until the GDT can be resized dynamically).
