[ros-kernel] Executive and Subsystem Testing

Hi all

Casper's regression test are able to run under the latest ReactOS
code. 
He's written some documentation on writing/using these tests which
I've 
published here:

Any feedback on this is welcome; personally I think that this is
great - 
thanks Casper! It would be great if we could create a really
exhaustive 
set of tests using this system. This would assist in reducing 
regressions and find areas of the code that just plain never worked 
properly.

I would also like for these tests to be well documented - as a 
bug/misunderstanding in testing code is bound to occur. Plus 
documentation will help others to write tests as well. The format of 
this documentation is up for debate - but there seems to be
substantial 
interest in Doxygen recently. However its done, I would like for a 
developer browsing reactos.com to be able to view the list of
regression 
tests and what exactly each one tests - and where we are lacking
tests.
