[ros-kernel] Bug57 - Explorer : Message box "Shell classes exception

The BUG57 is closed in Bugzilla but the problem seems to be not fixed as 
a message box is still displayed at explorer sart .
The debug messages output on DebugPort COM are :

E_INVALIDARG - One or more arguments are invalid
Context: ShellPath::ShellPath(LPCSTR)
Location: utility/shellclasses.h:589
Context Trace:
- ShellPath::ShellPath(LPCSTR)
- QuickLaunchBar::AddShortcuts()
