[ros-kernel] clones, clones, clones... = ReactOS refactoring

Hello ppl:

I'm sending part of the output from a tool to find clones in source 
code. Some of them are incorrect and some are of little interest but most 
of them are non trivial clones and very easy to kill. 
Hope this gives a hint to make ROS better. Inside the parenthesis is the range 
of the line numbers. I can't send the wole output since it takes Mbs. It 
was done over the sources of reactos 0.1.5.
