[ros-kernel] Desktop+explorer status on 29122003

Hello ,

Following a new reactos build today + Wine Dlls dated 23-12-2003 , I  
was able to setup shortcuts in Desktop + Start/Programs menu by the 
"create-links" test program.
The  shortcuts were properly created as expected on Desktop ( CMS - 
Winemine) and in Start/Programs menu ( CMD - Winhello).
But I was unable to start the application from that shortcut :
- On Dektop : No event from clicking the icon
- On Sart/Programs  menu , a message box is displayed 
"ERROR_CALL_NOT_IMPLEMENTED"

I saw also 2  regressions during the testing :

1) Clicking on Desktop "My Computer" 
Only D: device is displayed ( CD-ROM)
C: is not displayed ( Harddisk)

2) START/RUN shortcut
A message box is displayed "NIX" + "Unable to grab MRULIST"

Note : The same behavior is  seen with the last Shell32 dll  received 
from Gvg

Please if somebody can check and  confirm  this behavior ?
May be I missed something  ?
