I saw your commit message for shell32/.cvsignore.

I just looked in the shell32/control folder, but was not able to compile the code. Seems the Makefile is no more correct, and at least the header file "resource.h" is missing.

I think, the code is similar to that of control.exe in Wine? This executable just displayes a independend control panel window.

My implementation in shell32.dll is based on shell namespace and integrated this way in explorer. All Windows versions since Win 95 use this aproach. The executable "control.exe" in this versions just calls explorer to display the control panel folder. I think, this is also the way it should be in ReactOS.
