[ros-kernel] Setup Problem

[nick_journals]

Hi Eric,

I tried that but it doesn't return any errors. I just hangs.
Also, it doesn't always hang at the same progress percentage. But it's
always with nls files...

Should it return any debug messages even if there isn't any error?
