[ros-kernel] SOL under ReactOS

ok here's the thing I have SOL running on Real HW,  and I don't know how lol I tried telling some one else how it was done, but it didn't work for him, I lried doing what I thought I did under a VM, and nothing happened,  so here's the thing, I'm going to forget when I know, just give me the instructions on how to correctly get SOL.exe running under ReactOS.
