Makedisk.bat, I guess you meant that, can not be used to build bootable
floppy disks. It is a batch file to copy parts of reactos onto floppy disk
for transfer to another machine. To make a long story short, bootflop.bat
and makedisk.bat are outdated and should be removed as soon as possible.

At this time, you need to build bootable floppy disks manually. We will need
to fix this and I think we should use mtools to create disk image files.
