[ros-kernel] auto-generating headers

Hiya guys ( and gals? ),

I'm "sorta" back. I don't have tons of time like I used to, but I am working
on ReactOS, again ;)

Anyways, pursuant to conversations I've had in IRC with Vizzini, Casper, and
a couple of the other guys, I'd like to ask permission to create a new
module
in cvs to hold a program I'm writing that will parse our headers into a
database, from which I can generate new headers that should automate
cleaning
up "The Mess".

So far, I have the program identifying between structs, functions, function
pointers, and variables.

It also currently parses the structs and variables, identifying symbols
created by each statement, and symbols that statement depends on, so that
when generating new headers, I can put things in the right order.

Basically, as I said, I'd like to go ahead and create a module to keep the
code in, that way it's safe from a failure on my end, and so others can see
what I'm doing and even help if they feel like it, but I don't think it
belongs in any of the existing modules.

Thanks,

Royce3
