Can anyone do a DIR /S of a correctly made bootdisk with ReactOS on it?
does it have a native bootloader then or load via DOS?
if via DOS, FreeDOS might be used.
http://belnet.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/freedos/ke2032a32.zip
[kernel is 50KB, and command.com is 60KB, but maybe there's a replacement?)
on which platforms (DOS, Windows, ReactOS, Linux?) does makedisk.bat need
to work?

if on ReactOS, which batch commands are available on the shell (cmd.exe?)

how is the bootdisk made manually in a correct way?

bios -> bootdisk (freedos bootsector) -> kernel.sys -> config.sys (empty) ->
command.com -> autoexec.bat ->
bootflop.bat (ReactOS) -> loadros.com -> ntoskrnl.exe -> ReactOS ->
ReactOS's cmd.exe

Bernd
