[ros-kernel] PATCH - Maskblt resend

Hello,
The Windows 2000 Graphics API blackbook didnt have a test for Maskblt
and all of the ones I have found on the 'net used MFC. I tried to write
my own simple test but had some problems so I figured I would just go
ahead and send the patch.

I dont know if it would be faster just to do this in gdi32 but
NtGdiMaskBlt was already exported from Win32k.sys.
