No those dlls and explorer wont make it in until 0.1.6 as they have not
been ported to the ReactOS build system. Ole32,Shlwapi,Shell32 and
comdlg32 need to be adapted to build with Mingw and ReactOS. This all
depends on how we fix the SDK/Devkit. We really dont want to use the
WINE headers as they have to much stuff that we really dont need from
the old Win3x days and other WINEisms and the Mingw headers are
incompleate. Also I have had problems building WINE dlls with w32api
because of the missing headers that are generated by the WINE IDL
compiler. We may have to import WIDL to reactos/tools and just auto
create the headers at build time.

Sorry. Suggestions/Comments on how to fix the build system are welcome
