Which got my attention. Why does there even exist an ANSI version of
Explorer in the first place? Does it really contain such a large amount of
static strings that it would be considered bloated if *only* compiling it as
UNICODE? If not (which I suspect), I'd quite strongly recommend *only*
compiling it UNICODE.
