[ros-kernel] mmTaskCreate

I was toying around with the winmm code and I decided
to load an actual NT 4.0 installable driver(under XP)
just to see what would happen. Unfortunately it
doesn't have an implementation of mmTaskCreate. There
is a 16 bit version called mmTaskCreate16 though. Does
anyone know what parameters of the 32 bit version are
or where/how I could find it out. From what I can tell
both versions are undocumented. Any ideas?
