Hi,
I see the '\' left from the y (z on non german keyboards) button on my
german keyboard with kbduk.dll. Is it possible, that the location of the
VK_OEM5 value within scancode_to_vk is wrong or that the '\' value must
point to VK_OEM2? It seems that there exist also a problem with WCH_NONE
values. Ctrl-e should produce nothing but there is printed a '?'.
