Hi!
It could be useful in this case to perform a simple WBS in order to find 
out the dependancies between the tasks (to find out in which order things 
have to be implemented). That makes it easier to do reasonable time 
estimations.

BTW, one goal that could attract some developers an sponsors would be to be 
able to run ReactOS as a thin client.
