I assume you use the 0.1.4 release? In that case, this last line is a
clue to the cause: ReactOS can't find a mouse. This would in turn make
win32k.sys fail to load.

The current CVS code handles this situation gracefully (i.e. it will
just continue to boot), so you should either attach a mouse or switch to
CVS.
