[ros-kernel] Vmware vga driver inst. bugs

When restarting after inst. Vga driver i get as assert at line 214 in
ke\wait.c -> RemoveEntryList (&WaitBlock->WaitListEntry); It's trying to
remove a WaitListEntry that's not linked.

When trying to start explorer i get another crash:
