[ros-kernel] Serial Driver

Hi all,

I have tried to run the sertest application and I saw that it fails (it
cannot open the COM port). Looking at the serial diver code (serial.c) , I
see that it is practically disabled (DriverEntry() does nothing except for
printing the driver version). Also the code seems somehow incomplete (e.g.
the I saw no initialization of the dispatch table).

Does anyone know why this is as it is?
Is there another serial driver out there?
