It seems the release process for 0.2.2 has come to a screetching halt.
Feature freeze was announced, the release branch created, but no RC1
appeared, code freeze wasn't announced and thus no RC2 either. In these
circumstances I don't think we should release this weekend. Don't get me
wrong, I fully understand that this project is volunteer-driven and
sometimes volunteers have other things to do. I'm just trying to get
this release moving again.
I propose to create a RC1 and put it on SourceForge ASAP. Then we stay
in feature freeze until Wednesday 21 April, start code freeze then and
create RC2. Final release should be next weekend then (1 week delay).
If Nick and/or Jason are unable to create RC1/RC2/Final I volunteer to
do it, but I would need some help getting them on SourceForge. I'll also
announce code freeze unless Viz beats me to it
