[ros-kernel] ReactOS 0.2.2 RC1 does crash

Hi,

on two of my three test pc's fails the installation of ReactOS 0.2.2 RC1.
ReactOS does crash at the end of the second boot. It seems that my last
commit (drivers\video\videoprt\dispatch.c) fixes this. But I do not
understand the connection between the crash and the fix.
