Please don't add the code for using these bitmaps to SysSetup yet. There 
is a bug in COMCTL32 that causes crashes when using property sheet 
bitmaps without PSH_USEHBMHEADER and/or PSH_USEHBMWATERMARK flags in 
PROPSHEETHEADER structure. See
