[ros-kernel] dependency check is broken

Hi,    

the fix doesn't solve the problem. The real problem is that makedep doesn't
expand 'arch' to 'i386'. It exist an other problem. The dependency files are
not deleted if something has changed. The new dependency is always append to
the file. Without a 'make clean' the files are very large after a short
time.
