[ros-kernel] OpenGL

Hey,

The reason I had asked was because I seemed to recall not needing 
opengl32, or being able to use a different opengl32 other than MS's. 
However, it seems your implementation is correct. At some point in the 
future blight or I will write some code so that the handle gets freed 
when we're done with it.
